Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

  • Shipping rates are calculated in the "Check Out" page of your shopping cart. You will be able to review the total before completing payment. 
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the destination. Large items shipped over long distances can get quite expensive. 

Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to track your package.

International Shipping:

  • Due to the nature of these boxes, we cannot ship internationally as a customs form cannot be filled out without knowing what is in them. 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal considerations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the provided tracking number. If you need assistance with this, please feel free to reach out to Customer Service.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or lost packages. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
