Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Mystery Box Monthly. Please read our return policy carefully:

  • Due to the nature of the boxes being a mystery full of unknown items, we do not accept returns.
  • All sales are final.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a box that was damaged in the shipping process, please contact us PRIOR TO OPENING IT within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange for a replacement. Opened mystery boxes will not be replaced.
